Join Chef LeClair (cookbook author), for a seafood cooking
demonstration featuring locally available seafood, with samples for
the audience. Copies of his book Culinary Expressions will be
available for purchase.
This is part of the 11th Annual Summer Community Lecture Series
sponsored by Rhode Island Sea Grant, URI Cooperative
Extension/Nutrition and Food Sciences Department, and the RI Coastal
Resource Management Council. The event is also co-sponsored by The
Narragansett Parks & Recreation Department.

All registrations are taken at the Narragansett Parks and Recreation
Main Office, at 170 Clarke Rd. Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30
p.m. or will be accepted by mail if postmarked on /or before any
deadline date of such a program. Mailing address is 170 Clarke Rd.
